During spring 2008 Biscottino will be anchored in Liguria, in Sestri Levante and sail across the Bay of Tigullio: the famous town of Portofino with its beautiful parc, Santa Margherita and Rapallo. The parc of Cinque terre starting from Monterosso and reaching Riomaggiore. The Bay of the Poets: Portovenere and Lerici.

During the summer season of 2008 Biscottino will sail the seas of the National Tuscan Archipelago. With its 56,766 hectares of sea and 17,887 hectares of land, this marvellous marine parc is the largest one of Europe.
It consits in seven main islands of the tuscan archipelago and some minor islands and reefs: Formiche della Zanca, Ogliera, reef of Triglia, Corobella island, Gemini islands, Ortano island, Topi island and the reef of Portoferraio near Elba; Cappa island near Giglio; La Scarpa and La Scola near Pianosa; La Peraiola near Capraia; the reef of Africa near Montecristo and Palmaiola and Cerboli in the channel of Piombino.
Seven main islands, seven pearls of Venus’s necklace lost by the godess while swimming in the clear waters of the Mediterranean sea – as mythology explains.
80 miles (150km) lie between Gorgogna island - situated in the North and the smallest of the seven islands - and Giannutri in the south. Between them there are Capraia, Elba, Pianosa, Montecristo and Giglio.
Like the pearls of a necklace, every island is different from the others. Every island preserves traces of its history, every island is unique and remarkable, having just one thing in common: the beauty of its nature.

All these islands are easy to reach by rail, plane or by car (250 km from Rome to Piombino, 360 km from Milan to Piombino).
